Solid Choice for a Comfortable Stay

The hotel offered great convenience. Its proximity to the metro made commuting easy. My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, so getting ready was easy. I liked the rooftop bar and terrace. It was a great spot to relax. The staff consistently displayed a friendly attitude and helpful approach.

I noticed the gym's sauna and steam room affected the workout environment. The temperature became quite uncomfortable when they were in use.

AMAZING hotel experience!

convenient location perfect room size ample breakfast options

I loved the location. It was convenient for getting around. My room was the PERFECT size for three people. Breakfast was ample, with lots of options available. I REALLY enjoyed it.

The hotel provided only one cup of coffee in the room for the entire stay. Replenishing was not an option, even when I asked. It seemed like they were cheaping out on this small detail.

Wonderful Hotel, I am greatful

quiet location cute staff on-site restaurant varied breakfast

The hotel location was quiet and great. I used the nearby metro and public transport often. The city center is near because it is a short walk. I found a luxury shopping street. The staff gave directions quickly. The hotel included a relaxation area on the top floor. I relaxed there after exploring the city. I am grateful to the hotel staff.

I must mention the small pool. It is not big.

unfriendly staff restaurant policy

the location was acceptable. it was near eduardo vii park.

The staff in the restaurant in the evening were not cute. they seated us away from the main restaurant even though there were few other couples. when i moved a chair, i was told rudely to put it back. It was against their policy. This made me really angry. the front desk didn't help much either.
